Your access

Checking your account…

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Public samples can be explored without signing in. Customer-file workspaces need an active access grant or subscription; a private code does not start paid renewal.

Activate a customer code

One code gives one calendar month from redemption. Use the same verified email the owner assigned to the code. No card is required and no payment starts automatically.

Data privacy

Your contact-centre uploads and planning work are processed in your browser. Account and support services store your verified email, access status, access-management history and feedback you submit. Your identity provider handles sign-in. Files you download may contain company data: keep them somewhere appropriate.

Subscription

Online subscriptions are not open yet. To subscribe, contact hello@loughpoint.com. Private access codes do not start paid renewal.
